For ideal commissioning through to effortless long-term operation of our systems for real-time monitoring of aerosol particles, SwisensService components offer all the benefits of a comprehensive service package. These range from personnel training and complete data management to independent expansion of the identification algorithms.

SwisensAccelerators

With the SwisensAccelerators you will learn all the necessary information around the operation and handling of our systems for real-time particle measurement and monitoring of airborne bioaerosols.

Fast entry

Our mission is to provide a quick and coordinated start to the operation of our measurement systems. So that you can start with the measurement campaign and the operation of your network within the shortest possible time.

Independent operation

The training package enables you to commission our systems independently and to carry out minor maintenance work and check-ups on your own. With SwisensAccelerators, we offer you a practical introduction to the operation of our measurement systems, so that you can start monitoring and measuring right away.

Our service package

SwisensAccelerators includes training with a practical workshop for our customers immediately after installation and commissioning on site by our service staff. In the workshop, we show you the most important handles and tasks in handling the measuring systems and other components in the SwisensEcosystem.

SwisensCare

Swisens Care is a service with system-relevant software updates and manual maintenance for the long-term operation of our hardware components and systems in the field and laboratory.

Minimal maintenance effort

Our mission is to provide you with reliable and high-quality data while keeping your maintenance efforts to a minimum, so that you can fully concentrate on the measurement campaigns.

Remote maintenance is future

The connectivity, system monitoring and maintenance features of our hardware components allow us to perform remote maintenance. The robustly designed systems do not require any consumables during operation. This ensures manageable and transparent maintenance costs for our customers.

Our service package

SwisensCare includes an annual hardware check by Swisens or our partners on site. With year-round remote maintenance, we operate an active remote monitoring of the measurement systems and can thus react quickly and easily to potential problems. To ensure constantly efficient and safe operation, continuous software updates are included in the package.

SwisensData

SwisensData

SwisensData is a data hosting service for real-time data on the customer‘s or Swisens‘ server infrastructure. SwisensData ensures stable and secure data exchange between monitoring stations in the field, database and operators.

Secure data synchronization

Our mission is to create a secure and fast data synchronization from SwisensPoleno to a central database. In case of data hosting on the customer’s server, the database is installed and maintained by Swisens with the support of our service staff.

Simple data management

With the Swisens database installed, you get customized data management for your monitoring network and easy data access with SwisensDataExplorer. From here you have an overview of all measurement systems and their measurement data in your network.

Our service package

SwisensData includes the setup and installation of a central database for your measurement system or network. The server infrastructure required for this can be obtained either from Swisens or from your own sources. Remote access to the data by Swisens software components is ensured via REST API.

SwisensAIFactory

SwisensAIFactory is our competence center for the continuous development of the automatic particle identification of Swisens measurement systems. With changing flora and environment on the different continents, countries and regions, we enable the independent adaptation and extension of the identification algorithms for your measuring system or network.

Integrated algorithms

Each of our measurement systems has the latest identification algorithms from Swisens integrated. The locally varying flora and environmental influences ensure that new particle classes must be trained to the identification algorithms. We will be happy to provide you with detailed information on the current list of identifiable particles.

Simple interaction

Each SwisensEcosystem contains components that are coordinated with each other. Put together, the result is a process that enables our customers to independently extend the integrated identification algorithms according to the principle of supervised machine learning. With the components of the SwisensEcosystems and SwisensAIFactory, this works without prior knowledge and experience in the field.

Our service package

SwisensAIFactory consists of a training package with practical workshops that explains and teaches in detail how to use SwisensAtomizer, SwisensPoleno and SwisensDataExplorer. SwisensAIFactory teaches you how to add new particle classes to your database in just a few steps. The process developed by Swisens and the know-how of our specialists will help you to successfully extend the identification algorithms of your measurement systems.

Benoît Crouzy

Benoît Crouzy
Surface Data, Project Manager Swiss Automated Pollen Network<,br>Federal Office of Meteorology and Climatology MeteoSwiss

“Swisens has shown to be a service-oriented partner in any case, addressing requests diligently. Our suggestions have always been heard and have been systematically translated in technical improvements. In short, Swisens AG has shown to be strongly oriented towards client and market needs. Finally, the tests we performed with Swisens AG resulted in a fruitful scientific exchange. In all, it is for us a great pleasure to recommend Swisens AG for operational or research projects in the field of automatic pollen measurements.”

The University Of Manchester

Prof Martin Gallagher
Centre for Atmospheric Science,
University of Manchester

“I speak on behalf of my colleagues who are Urban Observatory Principal Investigators and Research Collaborators from the University of Manchester that we have rarely seen, or been provided with such exemplary support as that provided by Swisens. Swisens customer support has been remarkable given the current situation, from remote training and commissioning to rapid support for hardware and software tools specific to our needs to extremely well organised seminars that actually focus on customer feedback and needs. In particular we have been impressed with the Swisens open source data approach and their attention to different users specific needs. Swisens technical innovations has already generated enormous interest in a bioaerosol-aerobiology community that until recently has been limited with respect to real-world and near real-time detection and importantly quantification of airborne bioaerosol concentrations. Their approach has developed significant rapport with multi-disciplinary researchers and Swisens should be lauded for this.”

Mikhail Sofiev

Mikhail Sofiev
Research Professor
Atmospheric Composition Research Department
Finnish Meteorological Institute

“The Finnish Meteorological Institute is very satisfied with the cooperation of Swisens AG. The agreed research and development programme is progressing well and mutual openness and collaborative atmosphere strongly supports it. Swisens participated in a workshop and supported the scientists in recording the test data based on the cooperation agreement. A particular outcome of the workshop was a new procedure for the calibration of real-time monitoring systems based on the SwisensAtomizer. It has been proven to deliver cleaner results than the approaches tried so far in different countries. FMI is very satisfied with cooperation of Swisens AG. Our suggestions regarding software tools were quickly accepted and implemented by Swisens engineers. We are indeed happy to work with Swisens and start opening real-time data to professionals in Finland.”

“Being able to aerosolize different powder samples in the lab to perform experiments related to occupational health has been one of our challenges. With the SwisensAtomizer at hand, we now have a small device which helps us to produce a stable dust atmosphere to load filters in a consistent manner, serving as calibration filters for later analysis. Swisens AG has always shown great support concerning our demands on the SwisensAtomizer. We are delighted to collaborate with Swisens AG.”
